What happens once I place my order?
Once you select your Echostone and custom options, you then click place order. You will be directed to Paypal to complete the payment portion of the transaction. Shortly after, you will receive a kit in the mail which contains the necessary instructions to further complete the fine details of your order. You will receive an order form, instructions for handling ashes, etc. Plus, you will be given the opportunity to sketch the placement of your charms within your custom Echostone.
How do I get the ashes?
You, a friend, funeral director, or clergy can remove them from the large urn.
How many ashes are required?
We require only a tiny amount of ashes or earth: approximately 1/8 of a teaspoon for each Echostone. Any unused cremains will be returned.
How do I send the ashes to you?
After you place your order, we will forward you a package. Return it to us via Registered Mail.
What if I want a Echostone in memory of my pet?

Must I choose the same figurine for each Echostone?
No. Each Echostone is designed separately. If you cannot find what you are looking for in our catalogue of pewter figurines, please contact us and will try our best to find what you are looking for.
What is Lucite?
Lucite is the highest-grade form of acrylic with an optical quality close to crystal.
What can be embedded?
Almost anything can be embedded into Lucite; for example a lock of hair, photograph, jewellery, or military service metal. There are some exceptions: plastics, cloth and print material cannot be embedded.
In the case of print material, we may be able to create a reproduction. If you are unsure, please contact us at info@echostone.ca
Can items be removed once embedded?
No, unfortunately not.
Does the Lucite discolour?
No. Lucite maintains it crystal-clear quality forever.
